Most of my work is related to health practitioners who are the subject of appeals, prosecutions and notifications with regulators in each state and with Medicare and the PSR.
I assist health practitioners with dealing with notifications, personal injury claims, hearings, applications for registration, review of conditions, prosecutions and appeals, and have done since 2011.
AREAS OF AND WORK I DO NOT PERFORM
I do not practise Employment Law.
I cannot and do not and will not advise on dental practice sales .
I do not draft contracts for practice owners such as Service and Facility agreements.
I do not advise on restraint of trade or contract disputes between dentists and dental practices.
I do not practice other areas of law unless mentioned above.
I can refer you to solicitors and other counsel for these matters.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
I am an arbitrator and mediator and can conciliate matters related to dental practice.
